Canopy Mortgage is hiring full-time Branch Managers and Loan Originators to manage loan volume, drive referral generation, and interface with borrowers in their local territory. They offer proprietary systems, great pricing, and complete control over loans. This is a unique opportunity leveraging state-of-the-art technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• NMLS Safe Act compliant
• 1 active state license
• Established contacts/referral partners
• Knowledge of different types of loans and credit bureaus
• Working history of loan process and general underwriting guidelines
• Funding 1 million in self-generated production
• College preferred, not required
• Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
