Job Description
Canopy Mortgage is seeking full-time Branch Managers and Loan Originators to work independently within a state-of-the-art, proprietary loan system. This role offers complete control of loans, generates revenue, and benefits from in-house underwriting and funding, with the potential for state-of-the-art tech and support. Candidates should be digitally relevant and comfortable with a completely autonomous environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- NMLS Safe Act compliant
- 1 active state license
- Established contacts/referral partners
- Knowledge of different types of loans and credit bureaus
- Working history of loan process and general underwriting guidelines
- Funding 1 million in self-generated production
- College preferred, not required with proven mortgage experience
- Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
