Job Description
Canopy Mortgage is seeking full-time Branch Managers and Loan Originators to develop referral partners, generate loan volume, and interface with borrowers within their local territory. The role offers complete control of loans, state-of-the-art proprietary systems, competitive pricing, and in-house underwriting, eliminating reliance on legacy costs and middle management. The opportunity is fully commission based and offers complete control of loans.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- NMLS Safe Act compliant
- 1 active state license
- Established contacts/referral partners
- Knowledge of different types of loans and credit bureaus
- Working history of loan process and general underwriting guidelines
- Funding 1 million in self-generated production
- College preferred, not required with proven mortgage experience
- Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
