Job Description
Canopy Mortgage is seeking full-time Branch Managers and Loan Originators to provide loan origination and servicing in their local territory. The role offers complete control over loan volume, proprietary systems, and industry-leading tech support. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- NMLS Safe Act compliant
- Established state license
- Active state license
- Established contacts/referral partners
- Knowledge of different types of loans and credit bureaus
- Working history of loan process and underwriting guidelines
- Funding 1 million in self-generated production
- College preferred, not required with proven mortgage experience
- Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
- Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work independently
