Mortgage Loan Officer - WI

Canopy Mortgage is hiring full-time Branch Managers and Loan Originators to develop referral partners, generate loan volume, and handle borrower interactions. They offer a revolutionary mortgage process using proprietary systems and in-house underwriting, providing full control over loans and significant pricing benefits. This is a fully commission-based position for experienced LO's.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• NMLS Safe Act compliant
• 1 active state license
• Established contacts/referral partners
• Knowledge of different types of loans and credit bureaus
• Working history of loan process and general underwriting guidelines
• Funding 1 million in self-generated production
• College preferred, not required with proven mortgage experience
• Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
