Data & Analytics Senior Analyst

Responsible for improving awareness of existing data and analytic solutions and their value, and performing and prototyping ad-hoc analysis for the business that drive insights and business value.

Requirements

• Function as the liaison with the leads in the relevant business roles regarding reporting strategy.
• Engage the business to ensure that the Data and Analytic vision / reporting solutions are properly communicated and adopted
• Gather business need and priorities and obtains approvals from the business on key portfolio choices to be made.
• Aide the business in responding to key business questions, requiring detailed knowledge of available data, and requiring strong capability on enterprise reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Azure)
• Stay abreast of ongoing initiatives in the business organizations and plans adaptations to BI solutions to align with changing business needs
• Maintain documentation for standard reports, metrics, and BI solutions used by different business functions and helps onboard/train resources using these playbooks and documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis on key business questions
• Prototype solutions to key business questions that use the company's technology stack
• Escalation support for any solution issues that may exist
