High school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and proficiency in office software and electronic health record systems
Housekeeper
High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in environmental services or housekeeping, knowledge of infection control practices
RN
RN license, clinical experience, strong assessment and triage skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Medical Assistant
Certification/registration as a Medical Assistant, prior clinical experience, and knowledge of medical terminology
CNA/CSR
Current CNA certification, 1 year of experience in primary care or community health, and strong communication skills
Dental Hygienist
Valid licensure, proven experience, and strong knowledge of periodontal care and preventive dentistry
Family Nurse Practitioner
Basic nurse practice, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. Ability to order tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures. CHC standards compliance is needed
Dental Hygienist
Valid dental license required. Experience in oral hygiene services is essential. Strong communication skills are a must
Dentist
DDS/DMD degree & license required. Valid AZ license required. CPR & driver’s license needed. Ability to communicate well & maintain confidentiality
Medical Assistant
Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant, prior experience in a clinical setting, and knowledge of medical terminology
