Job Description
HR Business Partner role for a growing HR consultancy supporting small–medium businesses across Australia. The role involves providing end-to-end HR support, managing client queries, and building strong relationships with client leaders. Excellent opportunity for an HR professional to broaden their exposure, manage varied ER casework, and develop into a more strategic advisor.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years HR advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of modern awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work processes
- Demonstrated experience managing performance, misconduct, and termination matters
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and switch contexts effectively
- Strong organisational skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence with HR systems and technology
- A personable, grounded style with the ability to build trust quickly
Benefits
- Base salary: $110k–$120k + super
