Banco de Talentos - DevOps

Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, work closely with development, security, and operations teams, automate build, test, release, and deploy workflows, manage and optimize cloud execution environments, containers, and infrastructure as code, continuously monitor and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of pipelines and systems.

Requirements

• +8 years of professional experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure.
• Proven experience with automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, or both.
• Solid knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), version control with Git, and release processes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with automation scripts (Shell, Python, Bash, etc.) and IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
• Intermediate/Advanced English (possible international team collaboration)
