Capco is a global technology and business consulting firm seeking a talented Java Developer Pleno with strong skills in Hybrid Quality Assurance to join our remote team. In this dual-function position, you will contribute to both software engineering and quality assurance, ensuring that applications are built with exceptional quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience as a professional Java developer.
• More than 2 years of practical experience in quality assurance (QA), including manual and automated testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Appium.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software testing best practices.
• Strong debugging skills and experience in resolving performance or stability issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Advanced English fluency (to be evaluated in an interview)
