We're looking for an experienced Global Procurement Manager to join our Corporate Services team, reporting to the Head of Global Procurement. You will oversee procurement and supply chain activities across all spend categories, lead a small team, and act as a commercial and strategic leader within the function.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within professional or financial services
- Proven experience managing and developing staff and building high-performing teams
- Demonstrable success delivering measurable benefits and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong contractual and commercial acumen with highly developed negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills – able to influence effectively across different levels, regions, and cultures
- Degree qualified and/or MCIPS certification (preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
