Job Description
Capco is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join their London-based delivery teams. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable backend solutions for clients within the financial services industry. Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in backend development.
- Proven experience in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Participation in critical projects in the financial sector (banking, insurance, asset management) or regulated environments.
- Strong command of Java and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software design best practices.
- Experience in JPA and data access optimization.
- Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Fluent in English.
