Job Description
Capco is seeking a Principal Backend Engineer to join their Technology & Engineering team. This leadership-level role requires deep technical expertise in Java, cloud-native systems, and strong coaching skills. The engineer will design, develop, and mentor teams to deliver high-performance financial platforms for global clients. Requirements
- Expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Proven track record of architecting secure and scalable services
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, CloudFormation, and streaming frameworks
- Advanced understanding of system security protocols
- Leadership capability to manage and mentor teams
