Senior Consultant - Wealth & Asset Management

The Wealth & Asset Management practice engages in various initiatives providing solutions from strategy through execution. As a Senior Consultant, you'll help shape the future of the financial services industry, advising senior executives on strategy, driving complex programs, and designing next-generation platforms that elevate both client and advisor experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or within the wealth or asset management industry
• Strong understanding of wealth or asset management, demonstrating knowledge across products, platforms, technology or operations
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of financial services, ideally including wealth or asset management products, platforms, technology, and operations
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage, influence, and build relationships across senior internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data or business issues into actionable insights
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to structure work effectively in dynamic or ambiguous environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
