We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Analyst to work independently in AMS, ensuring the correction of L1 and L2 tickets.
Requirements
- Perform light code corrections in the production environment;
- Act as an interface with the operations team to scale level 3 bugs and suggest improvements in the system based on user experience;
- Collaborate with support leaders to manage the incident backlog reported by users and provide assistance to them;
- Analyze functionally received tickets and propose solutions aligned with business needs;
- Interact with technical and business teams to ensure efficient problem resolution;
- Lead meetings with our final clients and integrators to assist them in developing and integrating with our platforms.
