Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Group Lead, Application Developer IV to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves designing, developing, and testing computer programs, monitoring junior staff, and analyzing processes to improve efficiency and automation. They serve over 10 million U.S. households with over 19 million individual policies and a large number of internal and independent agents. This is a hybrid position.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in application development/testing or business/system analysis
- Guidewire PC, BC, Integration or Portal Certification - Advanced
- Experience with systems and analytical techniques
