Job Description
FBS – Farmer Business Services is a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. The company is looking for an AI & Automation Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents
- 4+ years Experience with Power Automate: building flows with triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and connectors
- 4+ Years Experience with Power Platform fundamentals: Environments and solutions, Connectors and authentication patterns, Understanding of governance concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and Agent 360 or other AI Agents
- Experience with Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive and related technologies experience
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Eagerness to learn evolving AI technologies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
