Job Description
This role is for a Business and IT Support Staff Member who will perform impact analysis of business changes, develop requirements through analysis, conduct testing, and act as a liaison between departments. The company is a large insurance group serving over 10 million households across 50 states with a significant market presence.
Requirements
- Perform basic impact analysis of business changes
- Develop fundamental business requirements through analysis of current state and desired future state
- Conduct application testing and defect management
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
- Support individual or sub-project tasks affecting multiple departments
- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
- Support work request prioritization
