Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Product Manager – Personal Lines with expertise in product rationalization, new product development, regulatory strategy, InsurTech enablement, and claims transformation. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven strategies to optimize personal lines products, navigate regulatory requirements, and implement emerging technologies. This is a hybrid role working with leading insurers on impactful projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of P&C insurance product management or consulting experience
- Strong expertise in personal lines pricing, underwriting, and compliance
- Familiarity with Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco
- CPCU, AINS, ARM, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certifications (preferred)
