Job Description
As a Sales Through Service - Customer Advisor, you will communicate with customers to identify specific needs, deliver a market leading customer service experience, and resolve product or service problems. You will be responsible for completing interactions with customers, troubleshooting technical challenges, and offering new products and services where relevant.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF L4
- Clear Credit & Criminal Record
- 9 - 12 months contact centre experience / BPO / International Experience with, Sales / Telesales / Sales Through Service / Cold Calling sales - Advantageous
