We are a leading trading platform looking for a Legal Counsel to support licensing and regulatory projects across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 2–6 years PQE as a qualified lawyer
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a brokerage, fintech, or law firm advising regulated financial services clients
- Hands-on exposure to licensing or regulatory work
- Experience working with external legal or compliance consultants
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in understanding how regulated businesses operate
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
- Business-level English proficiency (B2 / CEFR or above)
