Job Description
We are a leading trading platform seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Licensing & New Products team. This role sits at the forefront of our legal function, supporting the expansion of our global footprint and innovative product offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years PQE
- Previous law firm/regulated company experience is an advantage
- Significant experience working across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience with dealing with external legal & compliance consultants
- Experience in applying for various licences
- Analytical skills, commercially oriented and eager to understand how the business operates to the very last detail
- Strong task-management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Business level proficiency in English or above
