Mentor Coordinator at STATION NWA responsible for creating exceptional experiences for founders, mentors, partners, and high-profile guests while ensuring the physical space and operational systems run smoothly. Coordinates details, anticipates needs, and makes complex experiences feel effortless for everyone involved.
Requirements
- Make high-impact connections between startup founders, mentors, investors, customers, and partners.
- Serve as the central coordinator for mentor engagement, including onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing participation.
- Act as the point person for day-to-day operations, including any event space readiness, maintenance, supplies, vendor coordination, and issue escalation.
- Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and operational systems that keep the team running smoothly.
- Support event needs in collaboration with the broader team.
