We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Loan Administrator Retail I. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, work with senior staff to research and resolve issues, and assist with loan processing and administration. Requirements
- High school diploma or associate’s degree
- Two (2) years of experience in loan administration, office operations, or customer service with exposure to financial services, mortgage, or title insurance industry preferred
- Ability to develop basic knowledge of loan origination systems, financial information, and credit bureau reports
