Job Description
We are seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join our team of over 100 researchers and contribute to developing sophisticated systematic trading models. The successful candidate will draw lessons from a wide range of datasets to design and develop new strategies and improve those already implemented at CFM.
Requirements
- PhD in experimental or theoretical sciences (mathematics, physics, statistics, economics, life sciences, etc.) or in a computational scientific field (big data, computer science, computational biology or chemistry, engineering)
- Postdoctoral experience (university research or private sector)
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and ability to modify them if necessary
- Experience in applied machine learning/econometrics to large datasets
- Python programming skills
- Adaptability and rigor, ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
