Job Description
CFM is a global asset management company looking for a Stage - Human Resources candidate to handle talent acquisition, campus management, training, and HR project monitoring. The ideal candidate is in their final year of Business School or Master 2, passionate, motivated, and full of ideas.
Requirements
- Talent Acquisition & Campus Management
- Writing innovative ads
- Identifying and selecting profiles
- Organizing the recruitment process
- Monitoring arrivals and integration of new interns
- Animation of the intern population
- Development of our campus management strategy
- Training
- Administrative and logistical management of training
- Help plan and organize training sessions
- Contribute to the reliability and updating of data in management tools
- Help with the design and development of training programs
- HR Project Monitoring
- Participate in other missions related to performance evaluation, talent management, internal communication, DEI topics, etc.
