As a Company Meeting Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events, and will work closely with the Corporate Access team to strategically execute company meetings between our investment group and external company leadership and/or industry experts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate access execution or investor relations
- Expertise in organizing corporate events within an investment firm, financial services or healthcare sector
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to drive results
- Deep understanding of capital markets and sector drivers
- Ability to learn and adapt new technologies (CVENT, Teams, Zoom, CorpAxe, Capital Connect software for research, etc.)
