Job Description
As a Senior Consultant – HR Talent Development, you'll lead the development and implementation of practices, initiatives, and engagements that enhance Capital's unique culture and drive the growth and development of internal talent.
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Development and Human Resources, Group Facilitation or Training
- Ability to work across large, highly matrixed environments
- Leadership skills and experience with project life cycles
- Facilitation skills and experience with structured and unstructured trainings, workshops, and conversations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to consider long-term impacts and empower others to make decisions
