Job Description
Capital Group is seeking a Head of Global Investments Platform & Executive Compensation to lead the development and execution of compensation advisory functions and deliver technology-enabled and data-driven total rewards programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive compensation experience in a leadership capacity within asset management or related industries
- In-depth understanding of the global market and understanding of compensation trends
- Ability to lead a team of compensation professionals and partner with HR and business leaders
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to identify trends and provide strategic insight to compensation matters
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage HR analytics tools
- Global mindset and experience navigating compensation at a global scale
