Private Client Relationship Manager

Capital Group is seeking a Private Client Relationship Manager to provide subject matter expertise and oversee the day-to-day management of the advisor's practice. The role involves delivering impeccable service to clients, establishing efficient operating norms, and driving opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, Series 65 certification, and demonstrated initiative, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Delivers impeccable service to clients, prospects, and centers of influence
• Establishes team's efficient and consistent operating norms
• Designs and executes the value proposition for the practice
• Co-builds and executes an actionable Business Plan to drive growth in the target market
• Reviews practice metrics for efficiency and measurement of sales success
• Manages client relationships including existing clients, prospects and COIs
• Acts as the connection between PWA, CSA and partners, ensuring open communication and aligned priorities
