Requirements
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Handling guest requests
- Answering internal/external calls
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
- Performing daily closing reports
- Assisting department staff
- Reviewing and approving electronic timecards
- Must be prompt and attend to shifts.
- Willingness to do reasonable requests.
