Job Description
Capital on Tap is a fast-growing FinTech startup seeking a highly motivated Finance Operations Manager. This role focuses on day-to-day financial operations, reconciliation, and analysis, with opportunities for ownership, impact, and growth within a scaling, agile environment. The role involves overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and customer reconciliations and requires strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial operations with a strong understanding of internal controls and systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting.
