We’re Capital on Tap, a fintech company that provides an all-in-one business credit card & spend management platform. We're looking for a People Operations Manager to run the engine room of our People function.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced People Ops environment
- Strong HRIS capability and confidence building workflows and reporting
- Comfortable using data to spot trends and drive improvements
- Proven ability to innovate, streamline and automate People Ops processes
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships
