Job Description
Capital on Tap is seeking a QA Engineer to join their growing team. This hybrid role involves manual and automated testing, contributing to SDLC processes, and proactively identifying and reporting bugs. The company offers an opportunity for innovation and impact within a rapidly scaling environment, serving over 200,000 small businesses.
Requirements
- Proven software quality assurance experience with a focus on both web and mobile applications
- Experience developing tests for functional and regression testing
- Pragmatic when raising bugs and have a good understanding of risk, impact, dependencies
- Understands the full E2E impact of changes
- Experience with C# is preferable
- Experience with JavaScript/Typescript
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as, Selenium Webdriver, RestSharp, PostMan, Appium, xUnit, NUnit, etc
- Experience working with and testing REST APIs
- Experience working across multiple teams
- Understands CI/CD concepts and implement continuous testing practices
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
- Proficient in SQL Server queries and scripting experience
- Bias for action and problem solving - eagerness to take initiative and make things happen
