Job Description
We're looking for a Model Validation Analyst (Decision Science) to join our team at Capitec. You'll work on end-to-end model validations, take ownership of key deliverables, and build challenger models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of the bank's models.
Requirements
- Proven 3-6 years' experience in scorecard building
- Experience with data mining used for analyses and predictive modelling
- Full understanding of the credit lifecycle
- Strong analytical ability, with attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple model types
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business teams
