Job Description
HealthPartners is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to perform independent professional respiratory care diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a safe and cost-effective manner. The role supports medical staff and other hospital staff in providing quality patient care. This position requires working 24/7, including shifts every 3 weekends and potentially night shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Respiratory Care program
- Credentialed as CRT or RRT by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in MN
- Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of start date
- Minimum of one-year acute care experience
- NICU experience preferred
- Minimum of one-year pediatric experience preferred
- Minimum of one-year inpatient experience
