As a Software Sales Cross-Seller, you will work with modern AI tools to identify, approach, and qualify potential customers, and build long-term relationships. You will analyze accounts strategically, use AI sales agents to personalize outreach, and speak with decision-makers directly. You will also represent Capmo at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- First experience in customer contact - ideally in sales or business development
- Curiosity, quick learning, and enjoyment of getting to know new AI technologies
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to recognize how companies tick
- Fluent German (C2, absolutely required) and English
