Requirements

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, closing statements, and loan documents
• Conduct title, survey, and zoning reviews; identify issues and work with attorneys to resolve them
• Coordinate and manage real estate closings, including drafting closing checklists, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all necessary documents are in place
• Communicate with clients, title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other third parties involved in transactions
• Perform due diligence, including reviewing public records, obtaining UCC searches, and ordering title commitments and policies
• Maintain and organize files, ensuring accurate and timely filing of documents with appropriate authorities
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed in real estate matters
