Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active PA or MD bar membership
• Proven experience in municipal finance, tax law, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in tax-exempt financing, including healthcare and public/private infrastructure financings
• Strong knowledge of tax credit-related transactions such as new markets, low-income housing, and historic tax credits
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services
