Real Estate Paralegal

The Real Estate Paralegal will assist with commercial real estate, corporate, and financing transactions, preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating closings, and interacting with government agencies.

Requirements

• Prepare and maintain detailed closing checklists and closing documents
• Facilitate transaction closings and provide comprehensive support
• Draft and organize documents, including mortgages and title documents
• Review title commitments and surveys
• Conduct due diligence reviews and manage due diligence materials
• Interact with local, state, and federal government agencies
• Support attorneys in preparing articles and presentations
