Director of Client Advisory Services

We are a multifaceted CPA firm seeking a Director of Client Advisory Services to oversee and drive the success of our CAS department. The role involves leading marketing and commercial initiatives, developing strategic plans, and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in client advisory services, public accounting, or related fields
• 3+ years in a leadership role (i.e., Manager-level or higher)
• Proven expertise in managing and scaling a CAS business, including bookkeeping, payroll, and outsourced CFO services
• Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and compliance standards
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, payroll systems)
