Payroll Lead

We are a multifaceted CPA firm providing financial and tax planning services to business and personal clients. The Payroll Lead will develop and maintain relationships with payroll clients and staff, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in payroll processing or a similar role
• Proven expertise with QuickBooks Desktop for payroll calculation, processing, and reporting
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based payroll (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paychex Flex, Gusto, etc.)
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Creative problem-solving and negotiating skills
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
