Job Description
CaptiveAire is seeking a Regional Product Trainer to deliver hands-on technical training to external contractors. This role combines technical expertise, practical application, and industry proficiency, focusing on improving customer service standards and upholding CAS service standards. The trainer will deliver complex training involving the refrigeration cycle and serve as a subject matter expert on industry products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVACR experience
- Extensive HVACR background preferred
- Strong ability to read and navigate wiring schematics
- Universal EPA Certification preferred
- Willingness to travel for initial training
- Must enjoy hands on product exposure
- MS Office skills required
- Public speaking with strong communication skills a must
