Job Description
Capvision is seeking outstanding Recruiting Associates to support their rapid expansion into the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The role involves engaging with key decision-makers to understand client research needs, conducting market research, and presenting qualified experts. The position is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote in the Armstrong Corporate Center – Makati.
Requirements
- 0-6 years of solid phone experience in sales, recruiting, contact center, or appointment setting.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
- Effective time-management and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Confidently represent Capvision and client needs.
