Call Center Sales Supervisor B2C

Adrian Magnus, part of Carazo Enterprise SL, is seeking a B2C Sales Supervisor/Sales Manager to lead a team of phone-based sales agents. The role involves supervising, scaling, and coaching the team, focusing on sales excellence through structured training, performance analysis, and KPI-driven management. The position requires a highly experienced leader with strong knowledge of U.S. and European markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of total sales experience
• 1–2 years as a successful phone salesperson
• 3+ years supervising remote phone sales teams
• Strong knowledge of outbound call operations, sales psychology, and coaching techniques
• Proven experience with U.S. and European markets
• Skilled in creating scripts, analyzing data, and improving KPIs
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – mandatory
• Remote work capability and reliable internet
• Experience scaling a call center or B2C team is highly preferred
