Financial Assistant

Adrian Magnus, part of Carazo Enterprise SL, is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join their growing international finance team. The role supports the Head of Finance in managing accounts payable, invoicing, compliance, and reporting across Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain. Requirements

• Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, and payment data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Create and verify sales invoices across the company group.
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards in Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain.
• Coordinate with external accountants and the Head of Finance.
• Prepare and organize documentation for audits, filings, and payments.
