Requirements

• Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, and payment data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Create and verify sales invoices.
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
• Monitor expense reports and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
