Job Description
We are seeking a proven and hungry Trainer to join our enrollment and member experience teams to design, develop and deliver engaging and powerful trainings to our teams, improving on key metrics related to enrollment and retention.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional role
- Experience in patient enrollment, healthcare onboarding, or related fields is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
