The Warehouse Operations Lead (Weekend Shift) is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product.
Requirements
- Training new employees on company and departmental procedures as appropriate
- Measuring safety, productivity, and quality standards and ensuring they are met
- Coordinating housekeeping, inventory control, and complying with all QRA and safety requirements
- Supporting employees in the distribution center in all functions
- Leading team meetings
- Solving minor issues
- Working in production as needed
