Job Description
CardioOne is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing practice specializing in cardiology. This role involves providing patient consultations, treatment, and patient education in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The position focuses on collaborating with cardiologists to deliver top-notch medical assessment and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Perform Cardiology inpatient and outpatient consultations
- Provide peri-procedural patient management
- Develop and execute individualized care plans
- Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options
- Document patient history and physicals findings
- Determine and complete orders
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
